We are looking for a Value & Access Manager to join our Value & Access (V&A) team and help deliver on our purpose of reimagining medicine for patients. In this role, you will focus on the early portfolio, integrating strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration to shape access pathways and enable timely patient access to innovative healthcare solutions. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end reimbursement processes, including submitting patient access dossiers to regulatory authorities and negotiating with payer stakeholders, applying high standards of operational excellence
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop vision, strategy, and market-shaping initiatives for pipeline products
- Gather and utilizes insights from cross functional teams and market research to launch, develop and implement high quality Patient Access strategic and operational plans
- Identify, analyse and prioritize key market access stakeholders (internal and external) to align strategies with business goals and expand patient access.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong interest in early access, health policy and value & access
- Willingness to understand the complex legal access framework
- Analytical mindset to build scenarios, forecasts and business cases
- Customer-focused mindset
- Agility and responsiveness to business needs
- Strong proactive, clear and engaging communication (verbal and written)
Language preferences:
- Preferred: Dutch, French and English
- Alternative: Dutch + English
